Black with light tan neck, chest, and legs.
Message from Finder
Shiba Inu or Akita seen running along the sidewalk, turned into the Chevron and then turned back around. Very skittish and would not allow anyone to approach. Turned and ran from anyone they saw. Didn’t appear to have a collar on. Did not approach as they had nearly run into the traffic, but seemed to stay along the sidewalk when left alone.
