If the owner isn’t found immediately I would be more than happy to foster or adopt it. I live in the Cathedral area of Joliet. I rescued a beautiful yellow parakeet and she is lonely and bored. I love my birds! I have a cockatiel, 2 male society finches along with the yellow parakeet. They’re all my babies. Thank you for keeping it safe.
