Yajaira Arroyo Yes just contact the company the chip is registered to. If he needs to scan it to find out any vet can do that for free.

Holly Tindall, Agree. My husband laid with him last night because he was crying. It was storming and I’m sure he was missing home. But he just got love and treats while on his extra long day adventure. Thank you all for helping, commenting and such. My first “rescue.”

Found Diesel’s family 🙂 knew his origin and original name! He was out with dad while dad was working on his car but wondered off too far and they were worried about him. When I found him, he was a bit further out than what he was used to and no one knew him in those homes (knocked on a few doors) which is when I kept him over night. He is very loved. I told the dad where I posted and suggested he talk to the vet or animal rescue or control about how to update the microchip information. Dad’s name is George.
