Great news. I’ve been praying you would find her. I would be so distraught if my baby had ran off. 🥰🐶🐾

Place your pet's bed AND some of YOUR FAMILY clothing, etc. that has your/family's scent on it outside in a DRY place (HANG them up and it helps them follow your scent even better). MAKE SURE that your family clothing has NOT BEEN LAUNDERED. ( IF it's a male and he has NOT been neutered, he may have gone to find a female friend.) Animals have a very keen sense of smell and will return to familiar scents from long distances. l hope you get your fur baby back home soon. Sometimes, even if they have been neutered, it is a fact that males will still seek out a female in heat! Dogs have over 300 million sensory receptor sites, Cats possess roughly 200 million olfactory receptors in their nasal passages, while humans only have 6 million, making their sense of smell far more sensitive than humans’, hence the reason why a dog or cat’s sense of smell is much better than humans. Also, notify any workers who are throughout your neighborhood on a daily basis: Postal workers, delivery people, city and county workers, and all your neighbors, too. Put up posters everywhere. Take flyers to neighbors as well as post flyers throughout the neighborhood. Ask neighbors to check crawl spaces as well as trailers, garages, and any other spaces he could have gone.
