Dog has been roaming and pacing around all day barking seeming very stressed out. He was covered in his own urine and was filthy. I walked around for 2 hours with him trying to find his or owner. seen at the chateau napoleon apmt complex on Edenborn.

This doggy was not contained, so apparently it went home and the person who thought it was theirs.It wasn't.
