For all you judgmental people saying the dog shouldn't be returned to the owner because it appears to be 'de-barked' you do not know the history of the dog or if the dog was de-barked before they got it. I rescued my cat who I love more than anything and she was declawed when I got her. Would you tell me I wasn't worthy of having her returned to me if she were to get lost? That pup looks very well cared for.
