I saw this dog running on the street and was able to grab him. He was found on the corner of Coldwater canyon and Chandler. Intact male, with blue leash and bow tie, no chip, no form of identification. Can someone please help me until we find his owner? He’s been fed, I gave him water, he’s currently in my backyard but can’t keep him
