MESSAGE FROM OWNER

My precious and beloved 12-year-old indoor cat, Simba, got out the door last evening. When this has happened before he usually runs around and comes in the back door; however last night he did not come and has not shown up today as of yet. I have talked to many of the neighbors. He does not have a collar. He's shy... He does not like to be picked up but if he smells cat treats or catnip, he will allow being picked up sometimes. He is so precious and special and I feel so sad and worried and want him to be safe. Both his fur sister and I love and miss him so much and want him to please come .

Put some clothing out that the cat likes to lay on as well as some of your clothing. Also, put some food and water out. Post pictures of the cat around the area and on the Nextdoor app. and Craigslist. Check the shelters. Check with the neighbors to see if the cat might be in their garage or shed. Go outside and open a can of tuna about the time you would feed the cat and call the cats name.
