Black shaggy dog with white on his chin and chest. UPDATE FROM FINDER 4/13 - "Update I took him to PetSmart to see if he was chipped and he wasn't . I put a leash on him. Took him into pet smart .everything was good untill he slipped off the I' leash and took off the more I would chase him the more he would run I couldn't catch him . He was one of those dogs that just run and run fast !! I had my dog with me so it was very hard to catch him."
