Blanca Guerrero please see Scott Kent’s messages.. He is trying to make arrangements to come see the dog to make sure in person if it is or isn’t his dog. So many pugs look the same but he would for sure know his owner. Scott’s dog is not fixed and is not chipped

Please take him to be scanned for a microchip, shelter, vet clinic or the emergency vet can do that. Require proof of ownership by vetting records or photos. Thanks for helping!
