Animal control has been contacted. I really hope his owners see this! Sweet boy!! He will be taken to the shelter. He may have a UTI and he is completely matted so he needs some medical attention. One of my dogs is a bit sassy too. I wish he could stay here until we find them but we can’t.

How can this many idiots let their dogs wander on 4th of July especially to leave them out roaming without a collar with a name tag and phone number on it? Thank you for caring for this one. They deserve so much better than the idiot owners they continually end up with.
