My cat went missing for a week straight and I found her in my back neighbors house hidden , as if she was afraid to come out sometimes they can be stuck or scared to come out try looking for her close by she may be trapped

Even friendly cats can become frightened when they're lost. To safely lure them back, place a live trap (available at Tractor Supply) near your home, cover it with a towel, and bait it with tuna or KFC Chicken (Yes, it works). If you decide not to keep the trap after reuniting with your cat, you can donate it to a rescue organization dedicated to trapping feral cats.
