Probably scared or hiding in nearby neighborhood, try calling his name and if there is still no trace you can reach out to (airpetrescue ) on Facebook they helped me locate my dog days ago.

Eva Garcia Just another thought!Have you checked Coaca Valley animal campus in thousand Palms?They don’t all end up at Palm Springs animal shelter.Sometimes they end up there.Check with them. 🙏🐕
