Gabbie Nicole Dominguez please let me know as soon as possible if that is your dog at the shelter. Only 10 to 11% of dogs are found at Maricopa County shelter and returned to owner. If it's not him at the shelter I've got other suggestions for you guys. Namely next door and the neighbors by ring app. I would also have a reward at the top of your flyers and posts with the amount. This is an extremely dangerous area for your dog to be lost in with the golf course and the wash right there this is a high coyote area. I would be freaking out if my dog was lost there and I would be blasting the money everywhere because I want everyone paying attention to my dog and helping me find it and get it home quickly and safely. So I hope it's your dog at the shelter but if it's not then we need to hurry up and do a radical marketing campaign to find this baby in time.

Still can't find your pet? 1. Have you posted 👉👉three times a day on next door AND Neighbors by ring? (NOT THE RING APP) 👉👉 Have you commented on your post two or three times to get it going? 👉👉 Have you continued to comment for a few days so everyone in your neighborhood to see it? Or did you just post and move on to post somewhere else? 2. Did you put a reward in the first sentence? 👉👉👉With the amount? 3. Did you put a reward AND your phone number plus ONE BIG CLEAR picture of your pet on all the garages on your street? And the one behind your house? If that didn't work... 4. Did you call all the veterinarians within 10 miles of you to see if A PET MATCHING YOUR PETS DESCRIPTION was brought in injured or deceased hit by a car? 5. Did you call the local police department and ask for dispatch and see if anyone reported a deceased pet matching yours description for dead animal pickup? 6. Did you crop everything out of the picture but your pet and put it on Petco love lost?

A high % of Lost Pet cases are solved in their neighborhood!!! THAT'S WHERE THE SEARCH NEEDS TO BE! This is why the neighborhood apps work best. Post at least three times a day on both of them. Dogs: Many lost dogs are found within 1–2 miles of where they went missing, especially if they escaped from home. Depending on the dog's personality and circumstances, some stay within a few blocks while others travel much farther. Cats: Indoor cats that get outside are often found very close to home—frequently within a few houses to about 500 feet (150 m). Outdoor cats and more adventurous cats may roam farther, (usually within a block) but many are discovered hiding nearby. THIS WHY OWNERS SHOULD BE ON BOTH NEXT DOOR AS WELL AS THE NEIGHBORS BY RING APP POSTING THREE TIMES A DAY. AND PUTTING UP VERY SIMPLE FLYERS SO PEOPLE CAN READ THEM FROM 20 FT AWAY (a flyer doesn't work if nobody can read it): REWARD AMOUNT PHONE NUMBER ONE BIG CLEAR PICTURE OF THE PET. Don't even put lost dog on there. The reward is your attention grabbing headline. Get at least 40 Flyers up at the major intersections north south east and west of you. All four sides of the intersection. And at the exit points from your subdivision and the one across the street from you. Should take about an hour. Do more if you can but it's hot. The next day put another 40 up expanding your range by a mile.

🎉 WHY NEARBY NEIGHBORS MATTER MORE THAN A LARGE FACEBOOK GROUP This is an example of how it works: Let's say there's a Facebook group for your city with 24,000 people in it. It's a decent sized city. Approximately 11 miles north to south. 8 to 10 miles east to west. Covering approximately 110 square miles. Posting on a Facebook group with 24,000 members may sound like a massive search team. However, most of those people are too spread out and will never see the pet in real life. 😥 Approximately 50% of people like dogs or would be helpful if they see the dog. 👎The remaining 50% are a mix of people who are: Indifferent Don't notice dogs Don't feel comfortable around unfamiliar dogs Are too busy, or Simply aren't interested in helping. A loose small dog can travel an estimated 3–5 miles in a day A large dog can travel 5 to 10+ miles a day. But in this heat they are not traveling that far. Likely within 1-2 miles. 🚨Of course in this heat it's extremely urgent to find your pet because they can die from heat exhaustion, be hit by a car, or grabbed and taken by someone never to be seen again. A dog that is loose may still be within a manageable area, but every day that passes increases the distance it travels and the number of possibilities move from manageable to endless.😥 👎This is why the goal is NOT Shares, or views because there is no way you will reach everyone in your city. And the % of people that would: A. Be willing to look for someone else's pet in this heat B. Actually encounter the dog in real life Are very very low. 😥 🔥So your goal is to get as many people as possible Within a 1–3 mile radius Of the last known location ACTIVELY paying attention. 🎉The TOP and MOST EFFECTIVE way to do that is with the neighborhood apps. (Next door, Neighbors by Ring and flyers. Neighborhood apps should be first because they reach many people with one Post in 5 minutes. Flyers are not that fast. 🎉 And the Facebook groups for your subdivision. Also offering a reward WITH THE AMOUNT AT THE TOP tends to make everyone pay attention and willing to go the extra mile if they see your pet..🎉 Right now in the heat most people need the extra inspiration to check their cameras and look outside.💯
