If your pet disappears here are some ways of finding your pet.
1) Notify your neighbors
2) Contact police, vets, shelters, and online sites like “Lost Dogs Illinois”, PawBoost and any other social media sites you know.
3) Put a picture of your pet on neon paper and in Bold letters list your contact information. Hang upside down in sheet protectors or Ziplock bags for maximum protection.
4) Put a sign in your front yard where neighbors and people passing by know he is missing.
5) Give a flyer to your local mail carriers.
6) Put one on your car window
7) Drop a mini flyer (print 4 on letter size neon paper. Put in a Ziplock bag with a rock for weight. Drive and toss onto driveways like a newspaper.
8) Pass a mini flyer to anyone out walking their dogs, pushing a stroller, etc.
9) DON’T GIVE UP
