This kitty has been seen around the neighborhood for the past week crying (yowling). Per neighbors, it isn’t a kitty that is normally around. It has a collar on but will run from people if they get too close so no one has gotten close enough to see the color of the collar or what it says.

Poor baby might have been abandoned & is hungry and scared. Can anyone feed & give water to kitty and gain it’s trust through feeding? It might get more trusting this way.
