The owner wrote a comment saying that he did not have enough money to cover the fees so this dog has not been reunited yet because the city is charging him a lot of money that he doesn't have, they will not work with him and the fees are going up daily. I'm planning to meet him at the shelter in the morning to help out so hopefully it will be updated tomorrow that she has been reunited with her owner.

Kyle Leeyon oh no! I haven’t dealt with Santa Monica Shelter in a very long time, so I don’t know what the deal is there. It s that she wasn’t taken the West LA, they do work with people to get their pets back. Try to find out what Rescue works with that Shelter, and see if you could do a deal with them.

Hi everyone I know Yara is in the shelter, I went yesterday to try and get her back but they're charging me a lot of money, money I don't have and they aren't willing to work with me on the fees. Most likely I'll never see her again because the fees go up each day.
