Two dogs male & female found together

This pair was found running loose, brindle wearing chain leash and brown dog wearing pink harnesss, DM which is male and female and I’ll send more pictures to confirm! Neither seem to be neutered or spayed and No microchips, likely under 3 or 4 years old? Would love to return to owner rather than a shelter! Absolutely sweeties but high energy! (And vocal!)
