The cat was walking in God's tribes I am not sure if it was injured or just unsure of the area. It was not afraid of me when I got out of the car to take a picture but didn't let me get close. I have never seen a cat that looks like this outside of a zoo or pictures online. It may possibly be an exotic pet. I informed the guards at Fort Story gate 8. The cat continued walking through the houses yard and disappeared in the bush
