Black and grey, looks like she could be some kind of poodle mix.

Message from Finder

She was tied with a pink leash to a fence in the pouring rain. Her crying for help woke me up out of my sleep. I have knocked on many neighbors doors already with no luck.

I have two pups and if she will be up for adoption I might take her. You could come to my house and see that I dont have a dog fighting ring, just a 15 year old yorkie and a 4 year old or you could call my vet and he will tell you I am not a scammer. Be careful to make sure she is safely adopted .

Thank you for taking and caring for her. No one is going to claim her. She clearly was dumped. She was tied!
