This is a black male dog he has a small white spot on the left side of his neck on the rear side of his neck he has an all white neck in the front his fur is all white going down from his mouth down to his chest and his paws each one of his paws are white other than that he's completely black

This dog does not appear to be doing very well health-wise he is extremely dehydrated he's drinking at least seven bowls of water he's had one bowl of dog food two dog treats and he's wondering up and down 350 West 19th Street I'm trying to get him to stay on a blanket but I can't I can't force him
