I am not the owner, but a concerned pet-lover. Please help me find this little dog for the old man that she belongs to. He was involved in a car mishap at the corner of Willow Ln.& Scott Blvd. around 7 pm on 4/18/24. He told me his dog's name is Charlotte and that she is a brown chihuahua. I'm just trying to help him find his baby. He is a very old man, now with a lost dog and a totaled car. Tragic.
