Sweet, older male shaggy dog, white, cream and tan (previously) long fur, has missing teeth and loves to take walks. He is stubborn but dances on one foot when he is excited. PLEASE HELP ME FIND HIS OWNERS!

Tobi was taken from Oakland and abandoned in San Jose from a what I understand. He had been living at a homeless camp near Highway 101 for a year. Tobi has a tumor in his mouth and I am attempting to treat him. It may be cancerous and if so, I want him to see his family again.
