Saw this dog in east hartford today as of 4:32pm. Seemed friendly. Could not get them to stay with me. Wandered off. Anyone missing this dog?

If someone could take the dog to be scanned for a microchip hopefully the dog is registered. So heartbreaking... Contact police dept animal control place the dog in a shelter. Thank you for being there
