Description
Possible lost dog wandering around Harrisburg Rd and Cedarbrook Dr. I heard a dog crying all afternoon. Animal control had been called but hadn’t come yet so I went to investigate. Found this guy - nervous but friendly. A neighbor said some guy on a bike said he pulled it out of a pool behind an abandoned hse on Harrisburg Rd. It wouldn’t let me catch it - serval of is tried. It headed across Harrisburg Rd into the Cedarbrook neighborhood. Looked like a shepherd mix with amber colored eyes. Wearing a harness.
