My cat hasn’t been in nearly a week. She’s not just a pet — she’s my best friend. I’ve had her for 12 years. I got her shortly after my high school sweetheart past, and she helped me through some of the darkest days of my life. Because of that, she means the world to me. I’m sharing this because, truthfully, I’m not okay right now. I’m hoping she’ll just show back up. If I’m not working, I’m out looking for her… or honestly just mentally unwell sitting in my hse. It feels silly posting this as a grown man about a cat, but that cat is my homie. Please share this and help spread the word. Her name is Luna. She’s very shy and not very friendly, so if you see her, it’s best not to chase or approach her — just please contact me.

You cat is probably at a home where she is being fed and sleeps there or comes to your home and sleeps outside, or on the porch. What you can do is this: Put a cat bin outside with your cats blanket and some cooked chicken pieces, and cat nip inside. Keep the camera on the bin. Put some of her blankets on your porch. CATS have secrets too, they roam around the neighborhood and might find somehwere they like to be, or someone who feeds them. check with neighbors to see if they have seen her and at what time of day or night. LAST SMELLS..open a side or back door a few inches and put the smells, chicken and cat nip right inside. keep the doors open as long as you can. When a cat come back to home, and nobody is opening a door..they go somewhere else.. good luck finding your fur baby!

Please check nearby storm drains and sewer pipes. Vehicle engines and tire wells. Attics, closets, and bats. Garages and sheds. Bushes and trees. Under buildings and porches. Search outside at dawn and dusk when it's quiet. Using a flashlight may help. Set outside your old clothes so your cat may detect a familiar scent. Good luck.
