Yes, the kitty is being fed. Not skinny though, very healthy, I am posting this for a worker. I left him a message to see if he did the scan and if he knocked on any doors.

Did you leave a note at the house? Ask the neighbors if the occupants had moved or are still living there? You have way more info than most who find a stray cat. Kitty looks so skinny. Have you feed it and are you keeping kitty safe until owners can be found? Please take for a free chip scan also.
