Thank you for helping this sweet pup! Make sure you get proof of ownership when someone claims her. People are going to great lengths to claim found dogs that don’t belong to them so rock solid proof of ownership is essential for the dog’s protection. Please call the police and animal control to report that you have found her in case the owners have reported her missing. Can you take her to be scanned for a microchip?

Oh my goodness! So glad she was caught safely! This poor girl was out there alone and scared for almost two weeks.

Dani Unklesbay this dog is not blind or deaf, so probably not the same one.

Victoria Guthrie Yes, this is the same dog. It is a long story, but to sum it up, her current owner, if she has one, has not been found. I am fostering her while we look. She is about 2 years old.

Always ask for proof of ownership and never give away for free unless you know them, you could put them In harm's way. Pos dog fighters use free animals as bait and dog fighting. And Pos animal abusers look for free ones. Besides it is against the law to give them away the owner has a right to claim them. The best thing to do is to bring to the Humane Society or another no shelter so this baby is safe if you can't keep
