Brown pit bull with collar around its neck

I'm sharing this because I believe I found a lost dog. The dog is a brown pit bull with a collar around its neck and approached me hesitantly. At first, it was roaming around the bushes, then it looked hesitant and scared to approach people. The dog looked healthy as well. It ran back to one of the apmts so I lost sight of him. If anyone is familiar with this dog, the last location I've seen him is near Fred Meyer 164th St SW in one of the apts there. Thank you!
