I was driving through this area around 6:45pm and couldn't stop but took some pics of this dog who was eating garbage. I hope someone is able to find her or him and connect them with their owner!

I see Beth Scott is trying to tag you Lily Burns...hope someone in the area was able to stop and help this soul..take into vet to scan for a chip/take into home temp til better solution found/leash up and take out aNd see if anyone in the area recognizes and put up Found Dog signs..
