found this man in the road in my neighborhood with no collar, neighbors said they have seen owner walking him before but aren’t sure where he lives. he is super sweet towards people and reactive towards cats/other dogs . i can’t bring him in my hse do to that so if owner isn’t found he needs a to stay at until he is.
