I'd be suspicious of dog sitter selling your dog. Is your dog microchipped? If so, call chip company and report as lost and make sure your chip is registered with your current contact info. Make sure you keep it current because at some point it may be scanned. I've heard of people getting their pets back after years of them being gone. All because of a microchip!! 🙏 Also make sure you print out the pawboost flyers and put them up all around where she allegedly got out. Put them on petsitter's fence, on poles at intersections at eye level. Just be very careful of scammers saying they have her and want money up front. Anyone should be able to send pics via text and meet at safe place.

Did anyone go door to door in a wide range to see if a neighbor had her? A lot of people don’t use social media. Kids catch dogs and take them home. It happened to me in my neighborhood. Some parents make no effort to find rightful owners? Was a report made to local shelters?

I hope she is found we werent lucky enough Luka was lost in December and was never found or returned despite all our efforts.
