We originally thought charlie has past because we checked every shelter since he has a tracker on him and they would alert us if he was found but they have not recieved him. Just recently we saw him sticking his head out the window of a four door black nissan near our neighborhood but unfortunately we couldnt chase after the car. Please if you have him just return him or hand him to the nearest shelter. We miss charlie-boy a lot.
