Found this pup in the parking lot of First Bargain on Van Nuys and Glenoaks. He’s super friendly, tried getting into my car and I felt so bad I couldn’t leave him behind. He seems to be well taken care of indicating that he has an owner. He’s still in my possession and I will be keeping him until I found the owner or find him a good home!
