DESCRIPTION
Grey dog with medium length hair, approximately 30-40 lbs, chain collar with red tag spotted around 7:45 AM this morning. Dog appeared friendly to humans and other dogs but was too scared to come close. Last seen wandering down Skyhill Road. Did not get photo because I did not have my phone on me, but this is similar to the dog's appearance.
