🔸️Animals in the State of California are considered property of the owner and property laws apply. No one can prevent the owner access to their property nor keep or rehome someones property. That is illegal and it is punishable by law. An owner can also file a theft report for stolen property.

🔸️THE OWNER HAS BEEN TRYING TO REACH YOU. YOU NEED TO RESPOND PROMPTLY & MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO TURN THEIR PET /PROPERTY OVER TO THE OWNER. Animals in the State of California are considered property of the owner and property laws apply.
