At the very least, this should’ve been called into animal control to be able to help manage this dog’s pain and scan from a microchip. If you haven’t called, please contact the after hours number and give the exact location even if it’s a voicemail/ they’ll call back. I don’t live anywhere near this area and I’m unfamiliar with it.
