Lynne Watson DeMay I Have found 9 dogs lost in 29 years when they have Info tag # and phone# on the collar I was able to find owner fast and because they had a collar on I was able to put on a leash chips are good but NO ONE has the machine to check the chips and Animal control is too far for me and other people INFO on the collar is fast most dogs are afraid of thunder lightning and firecrackers do to these sounds they get lost and Traffic is dangerous for them they Need Supervicion when there are these sounds and ALWAYS supervice them AND NEUTER TOO MANY HOMELESS DOGS AND CATS IN THE WORLD
