As of 9/22/25 Runner has been gone 202 days. Refreshing this post to bring his pic back up. He was named Runner due to the fact he ran from all noises. He showed up on our porch as a 6/7 wk old kitten and we brought him in after trapping him. He just turned 2 in June. Our hearts are empty without him and I can't find him anywhere. Due to his severe fright to noises I just do not belong he has left my area although I have been searching since he was let out. A frd came in town from Chile and opened one of our windows through the night causing Runner to jump out of it. He opened the side without the screen. Sadly he was not chipped yet just gotten his shots and rabie tag and was working on money for the chip. My mind is working in all directions of what could or could not be happening to our boy and it is devastating. I am 58 yrs old and have never since owning a fur baby ever lost one and this has me torn too pieces as well as my mom I kept Runner for my mom instead of surrending him to KHS and they were the best of buddies. Mom and I are/were the only 2 that could hold him or pick him up. The 2 traits Runner had was 1. If you rubbed behind his ears he would drool by the teass and 2. If he did not want to be picked up he would flatten himself to the ground so you could not get your hand under him. My heart tells me he is still somewhere around 40219 zip of South Park Rd. Preston Hwy. Matilda Court. Farman Court and Lazy Run. If somehow someone were to actually catch him PLEASE I am begging you return Runner to us. He was not discarded, he was not dumped nor was he deliberately put out HE IS LOVED MISSED AND Desperately wanted back. Stump family needs our boy .....
