The kitty was very scared, crying loudly, and clearly looking for a safe place to hide. He was heavily infested with fleas, which makes me think he may have been outside for a while. I brought him to the vet to check for a microchip, but unfortunately, he does not have one. The vet estimates he is approximately 6 months old (still has some baby teeth). He is very sweet and affectionate, loves people, and does not seem feral at all.
