Harvey Wu - Hi Harvey, we rescued a cat that has some markings on his head above the right eye and a small bald spot around his left shoulder - could be from having been in a fight from a while back. Here’s a picture. I will post more.

His body and body should have some scratch since he fight with other bad neighbors cats. I wonder that if this is him. Usually cat won't walk too far unless someone pick him up purposely and drop him around. Wonder he should run away if he doesn't know people. Is it possible that he still around?
