Two cats - orange/white shorthair and orange longhair

These two cats have appeared in the last few days roaming the 1900 Upton Ave N alleyway. The larger shorthair looks to have been outside for a while. The shorthair seems younger and trails the larger cat but appears to be much cleaner. I'm unsure if either of these cats have a .
