I can not tell if this is the dog I saw, but I just spotted a dog about the same color and size with a heavy limp and swollen face. Poor dog looks worse for wear. I tried calling animal control but their line is busy. I went to my account on pawboost to check for missing pets and found your post. I live in Hammond by Purdue NW
