Mostly white Shih Tzu found around midnight on March 14 about to run into I-240. Sweet and well mannered. Quiet

Doesn’t know any of the common commands like sit, fetch, paw etc super friendly. I’m going to be in OKC till Friday and then leave for Dallas. I would like to reunite this cutie with its owners. I have two of mine and my heart would break if they were missing.
