Thank you so much for taking the kitty in. Can you take the kitty to the vet to see if it’s microchipped? If it’s not, can you check Broward County Animal Care to see if anyone posted this kitty as lost. If anyone claims to be owner, tell them you need proof (pictures, vets bills, etc). If you can’t find the owner and need to find it a home, please only go through a rescue. If you can foster it through a rescue, they will make sure any potential adopters are screened and a good match for the kitty. Some people have bad intentions. Here are some rescues you can call.
