Please see if it is chipped!! Stonehouse Vets will scan until 8:00 then the Emergency Vets will scan until 11:00. It is surely chipped since it is a service dog. Vets might know some way for you to find its owner. Hope the owner is okay! Ask for proof of ownership please!! Keep it safe! Looks like a Pomsky!! Curly tail.
