Message from Finder

This baby looks skittish, it looks female but I'm not sure as it won't let me get too close. It looks like a sweetheart waiting to be found... I hope it has an owner.

A lot of kitties became homeless after the July fourth fireworks … they get scared and bolt … and then some can’t find they’re way back home… it happens every year …… it’s best to try and keep them in side but a lot are homeless too

Destiny Vasquez Check for microchip. Also see if flyers are posted in the area he/she was found. Search on Pawboost and Lostmykitty to try to find the owner, and post those sites also that you found this companion animal. Pawboost has a high rate of success in reuniting companion animal family members. Be sure to get legitimate proof of ownership if someone claims the cat; if any doubts, don't surrender the cat. If you can't hold the cat till his/her guardian is found, safely indoors away from dangers, please email 75-100+ reputable no- rescue groups from Mayor's Alliance and Chewy's lists of rescues, by copy and pasting email addresses into BCC line (email works best). At least one rescue group will offer help; that is my experience for 30 years, every time. No need to bring found animals to the city shelter, which euthanizes, due to overpopulation and abandonment crisis. It is very dangerous offering an animal on the Worldwide web. There are those who search for such ads especially when people sound desperate and when offered for free to use as bait in dogfighting; torture as revenge or sadistic pleasure; to sell them for drugs, breed them to sell kittens; neglect, abuse, etc.

Kerrie Pons I would love to, as stated... she's afraid of people. I won't be trapping her, just feeding her.

Please trap her. Keep her safe until her family is found. Bring her to any veterinarian to be scanned for a microchip. 🙏

Carrie Rosenblatt She doesn't go towards the street, locals feed her. Just unsure whom to call or to trust. She doesn't allow people to get close.
