This cat clearly has an owner. There is an imprint on his neck from a collar, and he is extremely friendly walked right up to me when I called for him and practically hasn’t left my side since he is currently in the hallway of my apmt building as I don’t really know what to do. I have a cat of my own and she is quite skittish around other animals.
