We raised Malamutes. This dog has 2 thick coats on. The fine wool layer for warmth and the long hair to keep the snow off. It is miserable, needs the winter layer to be combed out.

UPDATE‼️ gave her a small snack, water and lots of love then called coon rapids non-emergency police. I found her on Drake St NE in Coon Rapids. none of the neighbors have claimed to have seen her before. she sounds like she has a cough so she may be sick. thanks everyone for sharing!
