This emaciated dog was seen roaming lost and scared. He looks like someone threw acid on him. He is scared and couldn't be approached. He kept crossing busy streets and almost got run over several times. I lost track of him after trying to follow him from a distance, because I didn't want to scare him. Last seen on 48th Street and Hooper Ave. 90011, walking along Hooper Ave. Please don't approach him if seen, he is so scared. Please comment here if you have any sightings of him.
